Since 2018, Dr. Bohrnsen has served as a key provider for the Cal Berkeley Swim and Dive teams, helping these top-tier athletes achieve peak performance and recover swiftly from the demands of competition.
Dr. Bohrnsen has also been an integral part of Team USA Beach Volleyball’s National Medical Team since 2013. His exceptional dedication to athlete care was recognized with the prestigious Medical Provider of the Year award in 2014, underscoring his expertise and commitment to excellence in sports medicine.
As a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP), Dr. Bohrnsen is in high demand for his specialization in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries. Iryna lymar, Yoga therapist
Iryna Lymar is the founder of Wholeness Yoga Therapy. Her yoga journey started in 2015 in India and continued in China and California. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT500) and an IAYT-certified yoga therapist. Iryna is also a long-term practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and a student of SYC in Mysore, India.
Iryna's teachings embrace her passion for complete opposites in the yoga world: the dynamic, transformative power of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and the gentle, therapeutic, highly adaptable, and nourishing Viniyoga, Hatha, and Chair Yoga. She sees her dharma (sense of purpose) in serving others. Off the mat, Iryna loves spending time in nature, studying Ayurveda, and playing with her daughter and dog.

Jimmy is the founder and owner of Inland Empire Cryotherapy Solutions, a premier wellness provider dedicated to helping athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday individuals achieve optimal recovery and performance. With a background as a former professional athlete, he has firsthand experience in the demands of high-performance training and the critical role recovery plays in achieving peak results.
Drawing on this experience, Jimmy launched Inland Empire Cryotherapy Solutions to deliver cutting-edge recovery technologies to clients throughout the Inland Empire and beyond. Their entrepreneurial vision has driven the growth of the business, establishing partnerships with sports teams, gyms, and wellness centers to expand access to cryotherapy services. Through skillful facilitation and negotiation of B2B agreements, Jimmy has built a reputation for professionalism, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to clients and partners.
